Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing My Thai Massage Too. By booking a facial, waxing treatment, or other esthetic service, you agree to this policy. Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by text. Walk-ins are welcome when available. All appointments are subject to provider, room, and service availability. An intake form and consultation may be required. New clients should arrive a few minutes early. Arriving late may shorten or modify your service, and the full scheduled price may still apply. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or no-shows may result in a fee, loss of deposit, or required prepayment for future appointments. Some appointments, packages, promotions, or high-demand times may require a deposit or prepayment. Separate terms and restrictions may apply. Before your service, disclose all allergies, sensitivities, medications, medical or skin conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and recent cosmetic treatments. This includes retinoids, prescription acne medication, antibiotics, exfoliating products, waxing, chemical peels, laser treatments, injections, sunburn, cold sores, open wounds, or skin infections. Certain products, medications, conditions, or recent treatments may make a service unsuitable. Your provider may modify, postpone, or decline a service for safety reasons or request medical clearance. Do not stop prescription medication without consulting your healthcare provider. Esthetic services may cause temporary redness, sensitivity, dryness, peeling, tenderness, bruising, irritation, or minor skin reactions. Waxing may also cause temporary swelling, hair breakage, ingrown hairs, or skin lifting. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Please follow all preparation and aftercare instructions. Immediately tell your provider if you experience unusual discomfort, burning, itching, or irritation. My Thai Massage Too provides professional esthetic and spa services only. Inappropriate behavior or requests will end the service immediately. The full fee may still apply, and future appointments may be refused. My Thai Massage Too may refuse, modify, postpone, or discontinue any service due to safety concerns, contraindications, inaccurate health information, policy violations, or inappropriate conduct.
