Thank you for choosing My Thai Massage Too. By booking an appointment or signing up for a package, you agree to the following policies.

 

Appointments:

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by text. Walk-ins are welcome when available, but booking ahead is recommended, especially for couples massage, four-hands massage, longer sessions, evenings, weekends, and peak times. Appointments are subject to therapist, room, and service availability.

 

A completed intake form may be required before your service begins. New clients should allow a few extra minutes for intake or consultation. Failure to complete required intake before your appointment may reduce service time or require rescheduling.

 

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest, and the full scheduled service price may still apply.

 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees, loss of deposit, or prepayment requirements for future appointments.

 

Some appointments, packages, promotions, couples services, longer sessions, or high-demand times may require a deposit or prepayment. Deposits, prepaid services, packages, memberships, gift cards, and promotional offers may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, restrictions, or redemption rules.

 

Please tell us before your service if you have any medical condition, injury, surgery, allergy, skin condition, contagious illness, pain concern, or other issue that may affect your service. For safety, My Thai Massage Too does not perform massage services on pregnant women.

 

For oil-based massage, you may undress to your comfort level and will be professionally draped. For Traditional Thai Massage or stretching-focused services, loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

 

My Thai Massage Too provides professional therapeutic massage and spa services only. Inappropriate behavior, comments, requests, or conduct will end the session immediately. The full service fee may still apply, and future appointments may be refused.

 

My Thai Massage Too reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue service when necessary for safety, professionalism, policy violations, inappropriate conduct, contraindications, or other risk concerns.

VIP Massage Package – $800
(12 Prepaid Massage Hours for the Price of 10)

IMPORTANT: This package is sold exclusively by My Thai Massage Too and is redeemable only at the My Thai Massage Too location. It is not valid at My Thai Massage or any other affiliated business unless expressly authorized in writing by My Thai Massage Too.

 

By purchasing this package, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Package. This package includes 12 prepaid massage hours for a total purchase price of $800. This package is valid only for massage services performed at My Thai Massage Too.

 

2. Expiration. This package is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused prepaid massage hours remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and shall have no cash value, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

3. No Refunds or Cancellations. This package is non-refundable, non-cancelable, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

 

4. Transferability. This package may be transferred one (1) time to another individual upon written request by the original purchaser and approval by My Thai Massage Too.

 

5. No Combination with Other Offers. This package may not be combined with any discounts, promotions, coupons, specials, memberships, gift certificate offers, or other promotional pricing.

 

6. Future Price Changes. This package represents the prepaid purchase of 12 massage hours and is not a cash-value gift certificate or stored-value account. If My Thai Massage Too increases its service prices in the future, this package will continue to be honored for the 12 prepaid massage hours only. The purchaser will not be entitled to additional services, additional hours, cash, credit, refunds, or any increase in value resulting from future price changes.

 

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service. My Thai Massage Too reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service, cancel any remaining package benefits, or terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion for any lawful reason, including but not limited to inappropriate, abusive, threatening, unsafe, or disruptive behavior; violation of spa policies; conduct that endangers staff or other guests; or any other circumstance that My Thai Massage Too reasonably determines may adversely affect the safety, operations, or reputation of the business. Any decision will be made in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

 

8. Appointment Policies. All massage sessions purchased under this package are subject to appointment availability and My Thai Massage Too's scheduling, cancellation, no-show, and late-arrival policies in effect at the time of booking. Any late cancellation, no-show, or appointment forfeited under those policies may result in the deduction of the applicable prepaid massage hours from this package.

 

9. Governing Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

 

10. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the purchaser and My Thai Massage Too regarding this package and supersedes all prior oral or written discussions, representations, promises, or understandings. No modification, waiver, or amendment of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of My Thai Massage Too.

 

11. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

12. Hour Calculation. This package is based on prepaid massage hours, not the number of appointments or services. Couples Massage and Four-Hands Massage utilize two (2) prepaid hours for each one (1) hour of service, as two therapists are providing services simultaneously. For example:

• 60-minute individual massage = 1 prepaid hour

• 90-minute individual massage = 1.5 prepaid hours

• 120-minute individual massage = 2 prepaid hours

• 60-minute Couples Massage = 2 prepaid hours

• 90-minute Couples Massage = 3 prepaid hours

• 120-minute Couples Massage = 4 prepaid hours

• 60-minute Four-Hands Massage = 2 prepaid hours

• 90-minute Four-Hands Massage = 3 prepaid hours

• 120-minute Four-Hands Massage = 4 prepaid hours

All add-on services, including but not limited to hot stones, CBD oil, cupping, scrubs, aromatherapy, or other enhancements, are not included in this package and must be purchased separately.

 

13. Package Balance. This package is tracked by prepaid massage hours, not by the number of appointments or services displayed in the online booking system. Because the online booking system may display the number of remaining services rather than the actual remaining prepaid hours, the displayed balance may not always be accurate. My Thai Massage Too's internal records of prepaid massage hours shall control. We will accurately track all prepaid hours used and remaining and will gladly provide your current package balance upon request. For example, after redeeming one 90-minute massage, your remaining balance will be reduced by 1.5 prepaid hours, regardless of how the online booking system displays your remaining balance.
